Events Assistant

About the Role

Swift Events is a fast-growing, people-centred events business working with a wide variety of clients to produce memorable corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations. The company is looking for an Events Assistant to join the team in Greater Cleveland and grow with the business during an exciting period of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the wider events team to help deliver events from planning through to completion.
• Support venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and logistics arrangements.
• Assist in creating event briefs, schedules/run-of-show documents, and end-of-event summaries.
• Provide support at event venues and serve as a main contact for clients and attendees when needed.
• Bring ideas, enthusiasm, and input to team discussions and planning meetings.
