  • Deliver email marketing activity end to end, including writing copy, structuring campaigns, creating designs, scheduling sends, testing campaigns, and segmenting audience data.
  • Run LinkedIn marketing campaigns, covering copywriting, paid promotion, and scheduling.
  • Keep all websites up to date and work with internal and external contacts to gather and publish content.
  • Manage and grow the email database.
  • Support selected events onsite by attending and assisting where needed.

Skills and experience needed

  • A good eye for visual layout and marketing design.
  • Comfort working with data and email marketing systems.
  • The ability to stay highly organised while handling several priorities at once.
  • Confident, proactive communication with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The role uses Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Evessio. Full training will be provided.

What’s offered

  • Annual salary of £35,000 to £40,000, based on experience.
  • 28 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Enhanced company pension scheme.
  • MacBook and company mobile phone.
  • Personal onboarding support and opportunities to develop within the role.
  • A collaborative team environment with regular team and company events.

About the team and business

FEM is part of ProMedia Group’s People division and combines the backing of an established international events business with the feel of a close, collaborative team. The wider business is a multimedia company founded in 2010 with offices in locations including Rotterdam, Antwerp, and London.
