Role overview

This position is for an ETL Testing Engineer who can take ownership of data testing automation work and help build a Python automation framework for DTCC. The role calls for strong experience in ETL and SQL, along with practical Python automation exposure. Familiarity with financial services or capital markets is preferred.

Key responsibilities

The selected professional will be expected to lead the bottom-line responsibility for creating and enhancing the Python automation framework. The role involves working on data testing automation, applying ETL testing expertise, and using SQL and Python to support reliable data validation efforts.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of total team lead and relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Python. Strong hands-on knowledge of ETL testing and SQL is essential. The person should already have the skills and background needed to independently build a Python automation framework. Domain knowledge in finance or capital markets will be an added advantage.

Work arrangement

This is a work-from-office role with 3 days per week at the client office in Chennai or Hyderabad.
