Role Overview
An established general contractor in Orlando, Florida is expanding its preconstruction team and is hiring an Estimator for a permanent position. The opportunity is expected to move quickly.
What the Role Involves
- Support the preconstruction function for a leading general contractor.
- Prepare estimates for construction projects across relevant sectors.
- Work with subcontractor bids and manage solicitation activity.
- Contribute to the broader estimating workflow within an established team.
Experience and Background
The client is seeking someone with 3 to 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry. Prior exposure to commercial, multifamily, and/or education projects is preferred.
