Role overview
In this position, you will act as a workplace relations specialist, providing reliable support to clients who are mainly small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industries.
Key duties
- Provide clear, practical, and solution-focused advice on HR and employment relations matters, mainly by phone and email.
- Respond to questions involving disciplinary issues, performance concerns, workplace investigations, termination matters, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Work as part of a friendly, experienced, and collaborative team in a supportive social environment.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present guidance in a commercial, straightforward, and easy-to-follow way.
- The capability to support clients through complex employment relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
