Role overview
The Equity Capital Markets group includes analysts tracking roughly 250 companies and supports investment research, investment banking, and institutional sales and trading. In this position, the associate helps the analyst stay current on market developments so the team can deliver well-grounded stock recommendations to clients. The role offers ongoing exposure to investment analysis and securities evaluation in a fast-moving, team-focused setting. Strong writing ability and clear communication are essential.
Key duties
You will support analysts across research and analysis tasks, including industry and company review, financial modelling, research writing, and presentations for sales/trading teams and institutional clients.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant understands accounting and financial analysis concepts, is comfortable with financial modelling, can perform well under tight deadlines in a demanding and high-volume environment, and maintains strong attention to detail. Good organization, the ability to set priorities, a willingness to work extended hours when needed, and a confident, team-oriented personality are also important.
Education and experience
Candidates should be working toward, or already hold, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Accounting. Prior internship exposure in equity research, corporate finance, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and employment details
