Core responsibilities

• Apply valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Draft research reports, investment memos, and presentation decks.
• Keep track of market news, economic indicators, and sector performance.
• Spot potential investment opportunities, risk factors, and major value drivers.
• Assist with due diligence by reviewing financial and operational information.
• Update research databases and financial datasets regularly.
• Work with internal stakeholders on investment ideas and strategic analysis.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
• Good understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation methods.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with financial modeling is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, quantitative ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex financial information and turn it into clear insights.
