About the role
This contract position is for environmental management professionals who can help train AI systems to better understand sustainability, land-use planning, and environmental decision-making. Your practical experience will be used to improve how AI models assess real-world environmental challenges.
The role is fully remote, flexible, and project-based, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule.

What you will do
- Examine AI-generated environmental management scenarios, assessments, and recommendations for quality and accuracy.
- Judge how well the AI applies sustainability frameworks, impact reduction approaches, and resource-planning logic.
- Spot the differences between academic or model-based environmental approaches and what actually works in practice.
- Call out incorrect, overly simplified, or misleading environmental content generated by AI.
- Share clear, organized feedback that helps improve the usefulness and reliability of the output.
- Handle tasks independently and asynchronously according to your own availability.
Candidate profile
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience in environmental management, conservation, or a closely related area.
- You understand sustainability frameworks, environmental planning, and impact assessment methods.
- You can review written environmental analysis critically and notice where it falls short in real-world application.
- You are comfortable giving detailed written feedback in a structured format.
- You are dependable, self-directed, and able to work without close supervision.
Preferred background
- A master's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a similar field is a plus.
- Experience with environmental policy or regulatory systems is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI tools, content review, or data annotation processes is also helpful.
