About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to clients by phone, email, text message, and chat
  • Explain available benefit options and help clients navigate their choices
  • Develop trust and positive working relationships through each interaction
  • Record key details and keep files and notes accurate and up to date
  • Work with teammates in a virtual, team-oriented setup

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with active listening
  • A dependable internet connection and a setup that supports working from home
  • Self-drive, goal orientation, and interest in professional growth
  • Readiness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license, with training provided
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States

The role offers commission-based weekly pay with no cap on earning potential.
