Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL)

About the Role

English 1 is looking for enthusiastic, internationally minded people to join its full-time English teaching team. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to begin or grow an overseas career, gain practical classroom experience, and contribute to student learning in a meaningful way. Prior teaching experience is not required, and the company provides training, prepared lesson materials, and visa support to help new hires get started.

What You Will Do

• Teach English to children and teens between 3 and 16 years old in an engaging classroom environment.
• Use the organization’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver lively and interactive lessons.
• Offer helpful feedback that supports learners in improving their English ability and confidence.
• Participate in school activities, cultural events, and student engagement initiatives.

Additional Terms

The first two weeks of hotel accommodation are considered part of the sponsorship, provided the first-year contract is successfully completed. Costs associated with the sponsored legal Z work visa will be reimbursed.

Candidate Profile

This role is suited to applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, have a valid passport, show a genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange, and can pass a clean background check. ESL credentials such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are advantageous, and the employer can sponsor certification where needed.
