About the Role

This junior-level designer position emphasizes both design creativity and technical skills. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team and guided by licensed architects and project leaders, you will play a vital role in advancing project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, contribute to design efforts using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Create physical architectural models to support design concepts.
  • Prepare architectural documents following supervisory guidance.
  • Develop graphic materials and visuals for client presentations under direction.
  • Assist project teams in researching products and building codes as assigned.
  • Participate in examining shop drawings and submittals with oversight.
  • Join internal project meetings to collaborate and coordinate team efforts.
  • Perform site visits to verify conditions and track construction progress, involving physical onsite walkthroughs.
  • Complete additional tasks as delegated.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline by the start date. Preference given to degrees from accredited architecture programs.
  • A compelling and strong creative design portfolio is required.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, graphic design, and organizational skills are essential along with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Preferred skills include Revit and Enscape; required proficiency includes Bluebeam, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
