Role Overview

This opening is for an entry-level clerical and administrative assistant who will help keep daily office operations running smoothly. It is a good fit for someone starting out in their career who is organized, detail-focused, proactive, and able to provide dependable support across a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver broad administrative support to help the office function efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, email, and postal mail.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange appointments, manage calendars, and support meeting coordination.
  • Carry out routine clerical work such as filing, copying, scanning, and entering data.
  • Draft, polish, and format documents such as reports, internal notes, memos, and emails.
  • Track office supplies and arrange replenishment when inventory runs low.
  • Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist different teams with administrative tasks and one-off projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational ability and solid time management, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • A professional, positive, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to treat sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior office or administrative experience is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay is set at $25.00 to $38.00 per hour.
