Hubble Financial Services Pte Ltd is an expanding, technology-led provider of factoring and early payment solutions in Singapore. As a spin-off from Hubble Pte Ltd, a technology leader in the construction and built environment space, the company blends industry knowledge with fintech capabilities to help businesses improve cash flow.

The platform is built to help subcontractors and suppliers turn outstanding invoices into faster access to working capital, so they can keep focusing on building and growing their businesses.

Role Overview

The company is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the take-up of its early payment and supply chain financing offerings among major corporates and their supplier networks in Singapore.

This position suits a commercially driven sales professional who has sold financial solutions, communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, and already maintains relationships across large enterprises, including family-owned conglomerates. The role covers the complete enterprise sales journey and requires coordination across multiple stakeholders within client organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and convert new business opportunities for early payment and supply chain financing programmes.
  • Target large enterprises and their supplier ecosystems, from initial outreach through to closure.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, solution pitching, proposal design, negotiation, and final deal closure.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders in treasury, procurement, finance, and the C-suite.
  • Work with decision-makers in major corporations and family-led business groups to encourage programme adoption.
  • Present solutions in a clear and persuasive way, highlighting business value, return on investment, and strategic outcomes.
  • Partner with product, credit, risk, legal, and operations teams to shape suitable enterprise solutions.
  • Act as the main contact person to support smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Use industry knowledge and professional networks to build a strong pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Represent the business at conferences, industry events, and networking sessions.
  • Share market insights that can inform product improvements and broader strategy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Singapore within early payment solutions, supply chain finance, or B2B enterprise payments.
  • Candidates from adjacent sectors with strong corporate relationships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills, especially with senior executives.
  • A well-established network across large enterprises, multinational companies, and family-owned conglomerates.
  • A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Capability to manage lengthy, complex enterprise sales cycles involving several stakeholders.
  • Experience working across internal and external teams to move deals forward successfully.
  • High integrity, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving fintech and financial services environment.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore, Singapore.

The role is intended for experienced professionals who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment.
