Overview
This role sits with a multinational fintech business that is expanding its commercial presence across the MENA region. Based in Riyadh, the position focuses on selling payments and related solutions to mid-market and large enterprise merchants. It is a consultative, value-driven sales role with lengthy deal cycles, ownership of significant opportunities from start to finish, and an uncapped recurring commission structure alongside a strong base compensation.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s full solution set to mid-market and enterprise-level organisations across several industry sectors.
- Guide merchants as a trusted advisor, recommending the most suitable solution for their business needs.
- Generate, assess, and convert high-value leads independently, using creative and research-driven outbound prospecting.
- Create and present polished proposals and presentations for senior decision-makers, and manage detailed negotiations.
- Run the sales process end to end, maintain momentum, and serve as the primary contact for both customers and internal teams.
- Develop and strengthen strategic accounts by gaining a deep understanding of each client’s sector, challenges, and requirements.
- Share insights from the local market, customers, and competitors with the wider commercial organisation.
Requirements
- Background in enterprise sales, preferably gained in fintech or B2B technology.
- Demonstrated success in generating your own pipeline and consistently performing at a high level.
- Ability to manage lengthy, complex, value-based sales cycles and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business judgment and experience handling and structuring complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a real interest in fintech and technology.
- A well-established network within the regional commercial or fintech ecosystem would be beneficial.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The opportunity is focused on payments sales within a growing multinational fintech environment. Compensation includes a strong base salary together with an uncapped recurring commission plan.
