Job description

Role Overview

Trimble is looking for a senior enterprise software sales professional in Riyadh to lead major account growth within the Saudi construction sector. This position focuses on building trusted relationships with high-value clients, expanding adoption of connected construction workflows, and working closely with senior decision-makers to support infrastructure and digital transformation across the region.

What You Will Do

  • Build, deepen, and manage strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and other key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Create and carry out account strategies that win large enterprise customers and increase SaaS subscription revenue.
  • Present and position Trimble’s connected construction and cloud ecosystem, including Tekla, Viewpoint, and Trimble Connect.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations for major enterprise contracts and help drive adoption across customer organizations.
  • Gather market insights and customer workflow feedback to inform internal product teams and support future improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years managing large strategic accounts in construction technology.
  • Strong Arabic and English communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities at native or business-fluent level.
  • Solid experience handling enterprise software subscription deals and long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and influential industry stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce pipelines and forecasting tools for large accounts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of architectural, engineering, or structural design software trends in the region is an added advantage.

Work Location and Travel

This is an in-office role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with around 30% travel expected.
