Job description
Role overview
This remote contractor position is focused on English quality assurance leadership for AI training work. You’ll be responsible for keeping output consistent, accurate, and aligned with project rules while also supporting the performance of trainers and QAs. The role involves reviewing AI-written English content as well as trainer and QA submissions, then giving clear written feedback and helping contributors stay on track.
Your work will center on checking accuracy, clarity, reasoning, grammar, tone, formatting, and adherence to task-specific rubrics. You will also look for repeat issues, keep communication flowing across remote teams, maintain documentation, and help reactivate contributors who are not consistently engaged. The position is part of a fast-growing AI data services company that supports leading AI companies and foundation model labs. Your quality oversight will help improve training data so it is dependable, well documented, and aligned with client needs.
This is an hourly remote contractor role. There is no live project available right now, but qualified candidates may be contacted first when relevant work opens up. Being selected may also provide access to future assignments through the wider expert network.
