About the role

Admiral Enforcement is expanding its team with approachable, polished, and highly detail-focused individuals. The company emphasizes a service-oriented, professional workplace and uses established operating systems to manage privately owned parking lots and garages.

The Enforcement Agent role is field-based, performed independently with limited oversight, and requires strong organization, reporting accuracy, and time management.

Shift details

Key responsibilities

  • Walk assigned areas to spot vehicles that do not have proper payment or authorization.
  • Issue citations when parking rules or site requirements are not followed.
  • Complete lot audits and vehicle counts at scheduled locations and times.
  • Log violation details and other collected information into the approved system.
  • Escalate incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to management without delay.
  • Prepare clear reports and manage time effectively throughout the shift.
  • Keep equipment in working order and alert management to defects or repair needs.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with customers, clients, and teammates.

What we're looking for

  • At least 21 years old, due to insurance requirements.
  • A valid driver’s license and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • No major violations such as DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide in the last 7 years.
  • No more than 2 minor violations in the past year, including incidents such as accidents or speeding.
  • No license suspensions within the past 3 years.
  • Comfort using computers and mobile apps.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis during shifts.
  • Availability that can accommodate weekends and late evenings.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the full shift.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long stretches of time.
