About the role

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Consultant to join a customer-facing deliverability function in Berlin. In this position, you will partner directly with clients to strengthen their email programs through reporting, practical guidance, and tailored recommendations that help them get more value from the platform. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to refine strategies that improve the experience for both customers and internal teams.

The working environment emphasizes openness, curiosity, teamwork, accountability, and personal growth. The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, taking initiative, and contributing meaningfully in a fast-moving global business.

Key responsibilities

  • Offer core deliverability assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track, organize, and prioritize incoming support requests related to deliverability issues and strategy.
  • Manage a book of assigned customers who have a paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
  • Perform detailed investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices.
  • Support customers with blocklists, spam traps, and issues related to MPs.
  • Help plan IP warming schedules and monitor warming progress over time.
  • Review individual customer email metrics and advise on how to improve sending reputation.
  • Analyze performance and quality indicators to help ensure ongoing program improvement.
  • Develop long-range deliverability strategies for high-touch, high-visibility brands sending through the email infrastructure.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve process, product maturity, thought leadership, and customer education.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of deliverability concepts along with strong customer management abilities. A typical background would include two to three years of experience delivering deliverability-focused services at an ESP, agency, or major brand. You should be familiar with industry best practices, capable of identifying and resolving deliverability problems, and able to explain findings clearly in a way customers can easily understand.

You should also be a polished and articulate representative of the team and the company, comfortable working with both internal partners and external customers.

What to expect

You can expect a technology startup environment that values openness, curiosity, collaboration, and career development. The role also provides regular contact with innovative enterprise and mobile brands.

  • Retirement and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
  • Family support benefits, including fertility support and equal paid parental leave.
  • Professional development support through career pathing, learning platforms, and an annual learning stipend.
  • A thoughtfully designed in-office experience that supports community, connection, and innovation.
  • Opportunities to contribute to the community through an annual Volunteer Week and donation matching.
