About the Role

Fullmind is seeking dedicated educators to join our pool of virtual instructors. As a Fullmind educator, you will leverage our online portal to select job opportunities that match your certifications and availability, aligning with the schedules of our school and district partners. This role operates as a 1099 Independent Contractor, following the academic calendar of school districts. Immediate placements are contingent upon the completion of the application process and available opportunities.

Fullmind collaborates with numerous U.S. schools to guarantee that all students receive educational access. We address teacher shortages by connecting certified educators with students through live-streaming technology. Responsibilities

• Access and utilize the educator portal to select available teaching assignments.
• Foster a creative and engaging virtual classroom atmosphere.
• Develop effective strategies to stimulate student interest and build positive student relationships.
• Design and implement lesson plans that adhere to the established class curriculum.
• Monitor and record student academic progress and performance.

Requirements

• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Possess a functional laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam, headset, and a stable internet connection.
• Successfully complete a background check as part of the hiring procedure.
• Currently be an active Elevate K-12 educator.

Additional Information

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Rates are negotiable and subject to change, ranging from $29 to $40 per hour. This contract role does not include traditional employee benefits.
