What you'll do
- Oversee the full production workflow for newsletters, which includes drafting selected sections and uploading all content for publication.
- Handle post-production for the daily headlines podcast, including audio editing and preparing the episode for release.
- Assist the editorial team with day-to-day production work whenever support is required.
What you should bring
- Current study in, or recent completion of, journalism, media, communications, or a similar discipline.
- Strong enthusiasm for news, along with a solid commitment to accuracy and editorial integrity.
- Well-developed writing ability and close attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, with a curious mindset and a coachable attitude.
- The ability to stay effective in a busy environment and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms.
- Good communication and organisational capabilities.
