Role Overview
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is based onsite and comes with no relocation support. The role sits within a global consumer products organization with a presence in more than 200 countries, spanning Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.

Account Strategy and Growth
- Serve as the main contact for the company’s most important ecommerce partners and manage long-term commercial relationships.
- Build and execute account plans based on data to achieve targets for sales, margin, and market share across assigned digital customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms that support growth while strengthening brand visibility and execution quality across digital accounts.
- Identify opportunities for new assortment, product launches, promotional activities, and digital partnerships that improve revenue and profitability.
- Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders, presenting performance results, market intelligence, and strategic next steps.
- Handle yearly contract discussions, including promotional schedules and trade terms, in coordination with buyers and senior leaders.
- Manage trade funding, promotional budgets, and digital investment decisions to maximize return on investment.
Operations and Digital Shelf Management
- Track ecommerce performance indicators such as impressions, traffic, conversion, service levels, and inventory health.
- Work with Supply Chain and Distributor teams to forecast demand accurately, maintain healthy stock levels, support fill rates, and avoid stockouts.
- Ensure strong digital shelf standards across product titles, descriptions, imagery, and enhanced content, while using scorecards to monitor results and fix gaps.
Demand Generation and Collaboration
- Use digital spend to build demand across the full customer journey, from awareness through purchase.
- Create plans that support category growth across channels and shape search and display activity with Media and Brand Marketing teams.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams on digital advertising, social campaigns, and content execution.
Analytics and Market Insight
- Apply data and analytics to improve decision-making in account management and demand generation.
- Develop a strong understanding of competitors, shopper behavior, and emerging ecommerce trends to spot risks and opportunities early.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or account management, preferably within a multinational FMCG organization with leading brands.
- Strong command of English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
