Job description
Role Overview
Lele Sadoughi is seeking a skilled photographer and retoucher to support the Marketing team. The position calls for strong eCommerce photography knowledge, hands-on retouching ability, and a collaborative approach when working with operations and sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all photography assignments, spanning both eCommerce and creative work.
- Retouch on-model and flat-lay images to deliver polished, consistent, high-quality results.
- Develop and refine creative presentation decks for seasonal campaigns and collaboration still-life shoots.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to monitor, coordinate, and secure samples needed for photo production.
Core Competencies
- Digital production support: manage studio photography workflows, including camera fundamentals, tethered capture, file organization, and troubleshooting.
- Post-production expertise: apply color correction, cleanup, and compositing techniques to produce images that match creative direction and internal standards.
- Studio organization: maintain, store, and keep photography equipment ready for use in studio and location shoots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, design, digital media, or a related discipline.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both eCommerce and creative still-life photography work.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative concept development.
- Candidate must bring their own photography kit, including camera and lenses.
- Working knowledge of Capture One, Adobe tools, and Microsoft Suite.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex creative ideas clearly.
- Experience in content, design, or experimental projects is preferred, along with practical and historical knowledge of on-figure and still-life editorial photography.
- This position requires being in the Chelsea office at least three days each week.
