Role overview

This opportunity is for an Early Years Sales Development Representative within a fast-scaling HR technology company. Compensation and benefits

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a strong outbound prospecting pipeline
  • Arrange discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Carry out high-volume outreach through phone, email and social channels
  • Keep CRM records current, including activity logging and forecasting updates
  • Share market feedback to improve messaging, value propositions and outbound campaigns
