Job description
Role Overview
Apiece Apart is hiring an E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support online merchandising, campaign execution, and site content operations. This full-time position is based in New York, NY and offers a hybrid setup with the option to work from home part of the week.
The role centers on coordinating daily website updates, product releases, collection merchandising, landing page builds, and navigation improvements. You will partner closely with the marketing team and collaborate with other internal teams to keep digital content accurate, timely, and aligned with launch plans.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the VP of E-Commerce to support online revenue growth and improve site performance.
- Apply merchandising tactics that help lift conversion, order volume, and cross-sell opportunities, while handling the setup of new products, including details and imagery.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, creative, and web engineering teams to make sure every product is displayed correctly, information is accurate, and launch timing is met.
- Create and publish website and email marketing assets in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
- Run promotional activities by setting up discount codes, adjusting product visibility, and managing collection changes.
- Upload product SKUs and image files to the site, ensuring all assets are ready ahead of publishing deadlines.
- Assist in building the monthly marketing calendar with the Senior Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing, and share performance-based input.
- Gather, organize, and refresh product details and site copy based on customer feedback and business needs.
- Quality-check emails and digital campaigns before collection launches, with attention to site-linking accuracy.
- Support launches by publishing homepage and website content connected to new product drops.
- Track campaign KPIs to evaluate what is working and where improvements can be made in product performance and customer engagement.
- Review competitor activity to spot trends and digital growth opportunities for apieceapart.com.
- Coordinate e-commerce photoshoot planning, including schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, reshoot coordination, and post-production follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of Shopify experience; Shopify Plus exposure is preferred.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong analytical ability, solid organization, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and can take initiative.
- Good time-management skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with sharing practical, solution-focused ideas.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once, including tasks that may conflict with each other.
