Duct Cleaner

Role overview

Brampton Sheet Metal, an Enercare franchise, is hiring a dependable and physically active team member to support its expanding duct cleaning operation in Toronto. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling between job sites, and delivering tidy, high-quality results. No previous duct cleaning background is needed, as training will be provided on the job. The position also includes a vehicle and a gas card for take-home use.

What you will do

• Carry out residential duct cleaning jobs using company-provided equipment and vehicles.
• Set up, run, and safely look after hoses, vacuums, and related cleaning tools.
• Work from assigned job orders and follow guidance from the lead technician or supervisor.
• Maintain neat work areas and take care to protect the customer’s home and belongings.
• Finish basic paperwork or app-based job notes after each assignment.
• Deliver polite, professional service while on customer premises.

Day-to-day work pattern

• Handle 3 or more service calls each day.
• Receive work assignments through the company iPad.
• Travel directly from home to job sites when needed, without having to report to the office first.
• Visit the office on an as-needed basis for training, supply pickup, and paperwork.

Experience and skill expectations

• At least 6 months of relevant experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred, especially in hotels, food service, or restaurants.
• Strong communication skills, including speaking with customers and explaining or upselling protection plans.
• A valid driver’s license and confidence driving are essential.

Nice to have

• Previous duct cleaning experience.

Additional information

A car and gas card are provided for employee use and can be taken home. The role involves physical work and regular travel between customer locations.
