Enterprise is hiring a full-time Driver (m_w_d) for its branch in Euskirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

In this position, you will help keep the fleet in excellent condition and ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers on time and reliably. You will work in a cooperative, open team environment and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role suits someone who is flexible with working hours, willing to work weekends, and comfortable handling responsibility behind the wheel. Careful, dependable work habits and a friendly, respectful manner in a multicultural setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain company vehicles so they remain clean and presentable.
• Drive vehicles to car dealerships, business partners, and private customers.
• Carry out simple maintenance checks such as fuel, oil, fluid levels, and tire pressure.
• Record vehicle deliveries and pickups properly in the required documentation.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage.

Requirements

• Valid German or EU driving licence for manual transmission vehicles, with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• No more than 3 points in the German driving record system (FAER) in Flensburg.
• No drug- or alcohol-related offences in the driving record during the past 5 years.
• Full work authorisation for Germany.
• Good German language skills.
• Desirable: around 6 months of professional experience.
• Flexibility in working time and willingness to work on weekends.
• Responsible, attentive, and reliable working style.
• Friendly and respectful communication with customers and colleagues in a multicultural environment.
