Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivering high-quality pizzas to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Engage customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive, professional demeanor, reflecting the Domino's brand image.
• Demonstrate strong navigational skills, including map reading and efficient route planning within the designated delivery zone.
• Effectively manage tasks, perform repetitive duties, work independently or collaboratively, and operate effectively under pressure.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards and coordinate efficiently with colleagues and customers.
• Process telephone orders accurately and swiftly to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Perform inventory checks, stock ingredients, and manage related documentation.
• Utilize basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for order processing and cash handling, with calculator use permitted.
• Proficiently operate computer keyboards, touch screens, and other necessary equipment.

Physical Requirements

• The role requires standing for the majority of the shift, with work surfaces typically between 36" and 4" high.
• Tasks may involve walking on various floor surfaces, including tile and linoleum.
• Team members will assist with unloading bulk product deliveries, which may involve lifting and stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or using stairs may be necessary to perform job duties.
• Requires hand-eye coordination for tasks such as preparing pizzas and handling delivery materials.

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
• A satisfactory motor vehicle record check, meeting company standards, is mandatory.
