Role Overview

The Document Specialist plays a pivotal role within our field services and operations teams. Acting as the vital link between clients and field agents, they ensure that all orders are executed promptly and accurately. Reporting to the Team Lead and Fulfillment Manager within the Operations division, this position is full-time and compensated on an hourly basis.

This position is fully remote and available exclusively to candidates residing within the contiguous United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage escalations, collaborating closely with customer support teams, success managers, and field affiliates to ensure timely order deployment, status communication, accurate work orders, and swift responsiveness.
  • Meet productivity targets and prepare detailed daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
  • Continuously develop and refine systems that monitor orders and task responsibilities, driving peak efficiency for clients.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in process-driven environments with strong adaptability and multitasking abilities.
  • 1-2 years (or more) of legal or litigation support experience preferred, with emphasis on California practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain composure, and exercise patience under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus, consistently prioritizing client needs in decision-making.
  • Proficient with technology, especially Microsoft Outlook, Office suite, Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Slack and Service Cloud is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and reliability with a commitment to learn from errors to prevent recurrence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor to manage inevitable challenges.
  • Must reside within the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.35 to $25.00 based on experience and qualifications.
