Job description

Role Overview

This position focuses on maintaining complete and organized documentation for facility management operations. The role supports contract administration, record tracking, compliance readiness, and efficient access to critical FM documents used by the team and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility management contracts along with all related supporting paperwork.
  • Keep document control logs, register updates, and version histories accurate and current.
  • Administer operation and maintenance manuals, warranty files, drawings, and asset-related records.
  • Handle contractor document submissions and coordinate the approval workflow.
  • Maintain CAFM documentation and keep asset registers up to date.
  • Monitor key dates such as contract expirations, insurance validity, and authority approvals.
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Organize records so they can be quickly filed, retrieved, and reviewed by management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English.
