Role overview
Bureau Veritas is looking for a Document Control Specialist to support its operations in Tajikistan. The role focuses on keeping project and company records organized, traceable, and compliant throughout their lifecycle.
Candidate profile
- You should be a Tajikistan-based local candidate.
- A minimum of 5 years in document control or a closely related function is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, information management, engineering, construction management, or a similar discipline is expected.
- Experience gained in engineering, construction, or industrial environments will be an advantage.
- You need a solid understanding of document management systems and related procedures.
- Strong accuracy, structure, and organizational ability are essential.
- Hands-on exposure to technical and contractual records is important for this position.
- Good command of English and Russian, along with Tajik language skills, is required.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full set of project and company documents.
- Make sure documents are correctly registered, stored, tracked, and archived.
- Manage version control and distribute the right document set to the relevant stakeholders.
- Keep documentation workflows aligned with internal procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and outside parties to exchange documents efficiently.
- Support compliance with document control standards and audit expectations.
- Assist in compiling reports and maintaining document registers.
