Overview
This position is with a family-run personnel services company that operates from multiple locations across several German states and supports clients throughout Germany and Europe. The role is based in Kabelsketal and is offered in a shift-based, full-time format through temporary employment, with a possible path to permanent hiring if performance is strong.

Key Duties
- Receive customer enquiries in a friendly manner, advise them professionally, and prepare suitable quotations.
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of drivers, yard staff, and transport vehicles for delivering and collecting leased work vehicles.
- Ensure that deliveries and collections of leased equipment are carried out on schedule.
- Manage the fleet and machinery schedule with regard to workshop appointments and maintain regular coordination with customer service.
Profile Sought
The ideal candidate is someone seeking a full-time role in temporary staffing with an option to be taken on permanently and who can confidently handle the responsibilities listed above.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services or a similar shipping-related qualification.
- Preferably some initial professional experience in forwarding or dispatch planning.
- A structured, independent, and dependable way of working, combined with strong motivation.
- Good teamwork, organizational ability, strong communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
- Comfort with computers and technology is an advantage.
