La Vetta, a new Italian restaurant concept from Southern Cross Hospitality, is hiring hospitality professionals to help launch the venue this spring in downtown Savannah. The kitchen will be led by a chef with a Michelin star, and the menu will blend Italian heritage with a modern global approach, highlighting seasonal ingredients, inventive techniques, and refined presentation while staying true to classic Italian flavors. The team is expected to be polished yet approachable, and accurate without losing a sense of warmth. Every role across the kitchen, dining room, and bar will contribute to the guest experience.

Location: 15 W Broughton St., Savannah, GA (on-site)
Status: Full-time or part-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience
Key duties
- Clean, sanitize, and put away dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools correctly.
- Use dishwashing machinery and follow proper sanitation practices at all times.
- Maintain a tidy, orderly, and safe kitchen and back-of-house environment.
- Support trash disposal, kitchen reset tasks, and cleaning after service.
Qualifications
- Strong respect for professional kitchen standards and discipline.
