  • Collaborate with the retail team to proactively understand retailer requirements and translate them into achievable supply chain commitments.
  • Design and implement efficient reverse logistics procedures for the retail channel, covering return authorizations, product disposition, and restocking.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cost-effective and timely processing of returns.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for reverse logistics and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle management (PLM) process, ensuring accuracy in Bill of Materials (BOM) versions and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for PLM, change control procedures, and communication standards with all partners.
  • Oversee change management protocols (ECOs/ECNs) and ensure cross-functional agreement on all product modifications.
  • Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the Operations Team.
  • Foster a team environment that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Align logistics and planning functions with the company's strategic objectives for rapid fulfillment, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.

Qualifications
