This position is focused on driving sales growth and expanding Concentrix’s presence across the UK and Ireland market. You will work with internal sales teams, solution specialists, and strategic partners to create opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and secure new business with large enterprise accounts.
What you will do
In this senior sales leadership role, you will own a strong pipeline and help grow revenue, adoption of products and services, and market visibility. The role requires strategic engagement with CXO-level stakeholders, collaboration across business units, and a consultative approach to solving business and technology challenges.
- Develop and grow a sales pipeline that supports revenue and market expansion.
- Drive initiatives that increase pipeline, revenue, and market share.
- Build persuasive value propositions that differentiate Concentrix in competitive markets.
- Work with Sales Representatives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and partners to pursue opportunities.
- Engage with CXO and VP-level clients, especially within large enterprise environments.
- Shape and execute sales strategies aligned to a specific sector or vertical.
- Take part in industry events to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to broaden adoption of Concentrix solutions.
- Support contract negotiations alongside internal teams.
- Maintain long-term strategic client relationships and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Contribute to sales enablement efforts for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Be willing to undertake moderate travel as needed for the role.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional who performs well in a fast-moving environment and has a strong record of delivering results. You should bring deep experience in CX-led solutions and in selling complex transformation programs that combine people, technology, and services.
- Proven ability to exceed targets in a highly dynamic setting.
- Experience selling CX solutions and complex transformational CX operations.
- Background in software, infrastructure, platform, or contact center environments, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and CCaaS.
- Preferred exposure to product and cloud engineering, application development, CRM and CCaaS technologies, and data analytics/engineering.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to build partnerships.
- Consultative, customer-focused selling style.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills in cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and trusted-advisor credibility.
