Role Overview
This remote U.S.-based leadership position is focused on directing global supply chain operations from end to end. The role calls for a strategic operator who can improve sourcing, procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory planning, logistics, and overall supply chain performance while supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
What You Will Do
- Set and lead the company’s global supply chain direction and day-to-day execution.
- Design and run programs for sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management.
- Develop productive partnerships with suppliers and strategic vendors across domestic and international markets.
- Improve inventory planning and demand forecasting to keep operations aligned with business requirements.
- Spot and act on opportunities to raise efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen operational outcomes.
- Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Product, and leadership to keep supply chain plans aligned with company goals.
- Track performance measures across the supply chain and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
- Review supplier results and contribute to vendor growth and development initiatives.
- Enhance supply chain controls, process discipline, and reporting systems.
- Guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team across supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, operations, or a similar leadership capacity.
- Hands-on experience overseeing complex global supply chains and multi-vendor networks.
- Solid grasp of sourcing approaches, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain planning.
- Background in process improvement and operational optimization work.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
