Job description
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity based in Saudi Arabia with a fast-growing start-up organisation at an important stage of expansion. The position focuses on shaping and delivering large economic zones, logistics parks, dry ports, and integrated industrial infrastructure.
The organisation is looking for a seasoned infrastructure development leader who has successfully taken major brownfield and greenfield projects from the earliest concept stage through to execution. The role will oversee the planning and delivery of multi-billion-dollar CAPEX programmes while coordinating closely with government stakeholders, investors, and delivery partners to create best-in-class logistics and industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and rollout of economic zones, logistics parks, and dry ports.
- Guide projects through feasibility studies, master planning, business case development, design, procurement, and construction.
- Set up, manage, and track large CAPEX programmes to achieve cost, timeline, and quality targets.
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams in a growing business environment.
- Work with government bodies, developers, investors, and logistics operators to support smooth project execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, or a closely related discipline and bring at least 15 years of experience delivering major infrastructure, logistics, or industrial developments.
Strong experience in both greenfield and brownfield delivery is essential, along with a solid background across Economic Zones, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Logistics Parks, Dry Ports, Ports, or Industrial Cities.
The role requires proven capability in managing multi-billion-dollar CAPEX programmes and working in complex stakeholder environments. Prior exposure to the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, would be highly advantageous.
Additional Information
This role offers a rare chance to help establish a new organisation and take a leading part in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia’s logistics and industrial infrastructure.
