Job description

Role Overview

Aditya Birla Group is hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees to support plant-side operations in Gujarat, India. The role is suited to diploma holders who are eager to build hands-on experience in industrial processes, equipment upkeep, and safe shop-floor practices.

What You Will Do

  • Help keep plant operations running smoothly by tracking key process readings and parameters.
  • Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance as well as urgent breakdown maintenance work.
  • Spot process abnormalities and equipment-related concerns, then escalate them promptly.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and participate in identifying root causes of issues.
  • Record shift-wise logs, prepare reports, and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Follow Safety, Health, and Environment standards without exception.
  • Take part in continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Instrumentation, or Chemical.
  • A minimum of 60% aggregate marks is required.
