About the Role
Join Parfums Christian Dior’s Beauty team as a Dior Ambassador and help carry forward the brand’s vision of elegance, joy, hope, and French luxury. In this position, you will represent the Dior identity every day, delivering a memorable client journey while supporting sales growth and protecting the brand image.
The role combines in-store and remote selling, client development, and operational support. You will work alongside other team members and may also coordinate with retailer staff or freelancers where required.

Key Responsibilities
You will support the full selling journey by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Dior products, and delivering a polished service experience. The job also includes clienteling, CRM updates, merchandising support, stock monitoring, and adherence to operational standards.
Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail or customer-facing service, preferably within luxury. A track record of strong retail performance is preferred, along with the ability to work in a premium environment.
Soft and Technical Strengths
You should bring strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, critical thinking, and strategic awareness. Comfort with learning and using new technology is also important.
