Job description
About the role
Culture Digital Agency, a leading fashion marketing agency in Australia, is seeking an inventive and commercially minded person to join its expanding team in Melbourne. This role suits someone who can combine visual design, persuasive copy, and strategic thinking to support high-growth fashion brands.
You’ll work with some of Australia’s fastest-growing fashion labels in a workplace that values progress, diversity, and forward thinking. The agency expects a high standard of work and also commits to investing in your development and long-term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Create advertising assets and campaign material.
- Draft compelling ad copy that supports campaign goals.
- Track performance through analytics and reporting.
- Build and refine advertising strategies.
- Handle advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Manage social media activity.
Required capabilities
- Strong design ability, with hands-on fluency in the Adobe Design Suite.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh concepts.
- Strategic judgment, linking tactics to broader business objectives.
- Comfort with data analysis, including spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to explore back-end systems or APIs.
- A first-principles approach that questions assumptions and standard playbooks.
Preferred experience
- Background in performance marketing is an advantage.
Training, growth, and culture
The agency provides substantial learning support, including an internal training platform that covers Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, EDM automation and campaign management, brand development, and e-commerce.
New starters will complete an intensive 12-week training program, followed by ongoing training modules tailored to continued development. You will also get access to the Culture X brand training platform, valued at $1,000 per month, plus access to an Audible library and Masterclass. The team may also invest in additional courses based on suggestions from staff.
Career support includes ongoing mentorship, quarterly performance reviews, and a growth path at the first quarterly review outlining the skills and KPI targets needed to progress to the next two levels, along with corresponding pay adjustments. After six months, once probation is complete, you become eligible for the current bonus plan.
Team life includes Tuesday breakfast club provided by the agency, a supportive and inspiring environment, and occasional off-site social activities such as team drinks, cinema nights, art fair visits, and retreats.
Additional benefits
You’ll also receive exclusive partner discount codes from brand partners and one flexible work-from-home day each week.
Application note
Applicants should send a resume and their social media handle so the team can get a better sense of their personality and style.
