Role overview
The Digital Product Manager for Destination & Digital Experience leads the full journey of digital products and platforms, from early ideas and requirements definition through launch, improvement, and ongoing optimization. Based in Saudi Arabia and reporting to the Digital Experience Director, this role partners closely with business teams, technology specialists, designers, and outside collaborators to shape product direction and deliver customer-focused digital solutions that are scalable and performant.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements capture, delivery, enhancement, and continuous refinement.
- Convert business goals and user expectations into structured product requirements, user stories, and delivery roadmaps.
- Set up and manage the product backlog so it stays aligned with strategic priorities and delivers clear business value.
- Rank features, improvements, and releases using customer needs, analytics, and organizational goals as the guide.
- Help ensure digital initiatives are delivered on time, with strong quality and performance.
- Study customer journeys to uncover ways to improve the experience across digital touchpoints.
- Work with UX and UI teams to create clear, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
- Use customer feedback, behavior patterns, and market observations to guide product enhancement decisions.
- Promote customer-first design thinking and usability standards throughout development.
- Track product results through KPIs, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Review engagement, adoption, conversion, and satisfaction data to find areas for improvement.
- Drive iterative enhancements using evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure digital products connect smoothly with enterprise systems.
- Support integrations with CRM systems, payment gateways, customer service tools, operational platforms, and third-party services.
- Join solution design discussions with an eye on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and release coordination activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business teams, technology groups, and external partners for assigned products.
- Align stakeholders on product vision, priorities, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Share roadmaps, progress updates, risks, and results in a clear and timely way.
- Build strong working relationships across functions to support adoption and business impact.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology partners on enhancements and delivery projects.
- Monitor vendor output, service quality, and adherence to agreed deliverables.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate or resolve them as needed.
- Maintain detailed product records such as business requirements, user stories, release notes, and process documents.
- Follow governance, change management, and digital delivery standards set by the organization.
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering delivery progress, product performance, and key outcomes.
- Use accurate reporting and insight to support planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar discipline is required.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, digital transformation, or a related digital delivery role.
- Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, web and mobile applications, customer experience, and product development methods.
- Exposure to UX/UI concepts, customer journey mapping, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to coordinate across functions while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.
- Professional credentials such as CSPO, PSPO, Agile, or product management certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
