About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments to develop and implement robust digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms. The primary objective is to enhance brand visibility and meticulously analyze campaign performance to drive optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement across all online channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure digital strategies align with overarching business objectives and product launch plans.
- Plan, initiate, and manage digital campaigns spanning social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance by adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Supervise the creation of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and videos, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, compliance, and audience resonance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and website traffic to evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing efforts.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand conversations and industry trends, informing future content strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with essential digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, various social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and metrics for effective campaign optimization.
- Proven experience in creating and managing compliant digital content, with an understanding of industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) relevant to healthcare marketing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, including experience with content optimization and keyword research.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling the management of multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
