About the role
This newly created position offers the chance to take ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution. You will shape how digital marketing is planned, delivered, measured, and improved across the business, helping align activity with company priorities and marketing objectives.
What success in this role looks like
- Digital marketing activity is thoughtfully planned, properly prioritised, and delivered consistently in support of business and marketing goals.
- Campaigns and other digital initiatives create engagement, generate leads, and deliver measurable business value.
- Tools, platforms, and systems are connected and managed in a way that supports efficient delivery at scale.
- Insights and performance data are used to refine targeting, strengthen results, and improve outcomes over time.
- Clear processes and operating methods are put in place to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- You actively look for better ways of working, bringing fresh ideas and new tools that build capability and encourage innovation.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will lead digital marketing activity from planning through to execution. You will coordinate campaigns, manage digital systems and workflows, and use data to improve performance and conversion. A key part of the job will be introducing stronger processes, improving how digital marketing is delivered, and working with stakeholders to ensure outcomes remain aligned with business goals.
What you’ll need to bring
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end B2B digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, LinkedIn, websites, and events.
- Hands-on capability across digital marketing platforms, systems, and workflows, including CRM, CMS, and campaign tools.
- Experience using data segmentation and customer journey design to support lead generation and conversion.
- Strong analytical ability, with a track record of using insights to assess performance and improve results.
- Experience working with measurement approaches such as tracking, reporting, and testing to understand campaign impact.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools in marketing use cases, along with sound judgement around governance, privacy, and responsible data use.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and continuously improve delivery.
