Role overview
We are looking for a strategic, imaginative, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to own the planning, delivery, and improvement of digital marketing efforts that raise brand visibility, attract customers, and contribute to long-term business growth.
This position will shape digital marketing plans, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, and use performance data to strengthen results and improve return on investment.
Core responsibilities
You will lead integrated campaigns across the website, social media, search engines, email, content marketing, paid media, and other digital touchpoints. The role involves setting campaign goals, guiding content direction, coordinating execution, and keeping brand communication consistent across every channel.
You will also review market movements, customer behavior, and campaign metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth. Key areas include SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRM initiatives, lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital analytics to boost marketing effectiveness.
In addition, you will work closely with product, sales, design, and business teams to support product launches, engagement initiatives, and revenue-focused marketing plans. Other duties include managing budgets, assessing new digital tools and technologies, coordinating with outside vendors when needed, maintaining dashboards, and driving ongoing improvements in marketing performance and customer experience.
Qualifications and capabilities
This role calls for strong strategic judgment, analytical ability, leadership, creativity, and the capacity to handle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Required background includes a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field. Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, or Content Marketing is considered an advantage.
Applicants should have solid knowledge of digital strategy, brand management, content marketing, customer acquisition, and performance marketing. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, marketing automation, CRM systems, and web analytics tools is also important.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed, along with the ability to define KPIs, interpret marketing data, and make decisions based on evidence. Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills are expected. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and collaboration software are helpful.
Leadership, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills are essential, as well as creativity, professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. A commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and measurable outcomes is also valued.
