Role Overview

The company is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager who can shape and deliver the overall digital marketing plan. In this role, you will drive multi-channel campaigns, monitor performance, and support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through high-impact digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies that directly support business goals.
  • Plan, run, and improve campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, content, and display channels.
  • Track campaign results and use marketing data to strengthen ROI and conversion performance.
  • Drive improvements in website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Handle marketing budgets, forecasts, and allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with content, design, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Carry out market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic insights for leadership.
  • Keep up with new digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related area.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Practical experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
  • Solid analytical ability with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, project coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with a clear understanding of customer behavior and digital trends.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Additional Information
