Role Overview
The company is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to run and improve campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and native advertising channels within an established strategy. The role works closely with ad strategists and contributes directly to pipeline growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage campaigns from start to finish across paid search, paid social, ABM, and video platforms, including setup, creative refreshes, optimization, quality checks, and occasional reporting.
- Plan, run, and record tests on each platform, such as experiments around ad creative, audience selection, and bidding, using a disciplined test-and-learn process.
- Create, launch, and refine landing page versions through a no-code page builder to help meet conversion, CPA, and ROAS goals.
What You Should Bring
- At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience running paid social, display, video, and paid search campaigns.
- A methodical approach to experimentation, including the ability to design clear tests and document outcomes.
- Experience working alongside digital ad strategists to improve results through campaign optimization.
- Clear and honest communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and a history of executing campaigns accurately.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your workflow.
