Role Summary

This position focuses on promoting mobile applications through paid digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and improving results against defined goals. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external platform partners to plan, launch, and optimize high-volume marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and run promotional campaigns for iOS and Android apps across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Work directly with platform partners and communication channels to resolve issues, improve outcomes, and support campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with the product team to align marketing activity with product needs and business objectives.
  • Partner with the creative team to brainstorm concepts, form test ideas, monitor execution, and share feedback on ad creatives.
  • Track campaign performance, review results against KPIs, and adjust strategy to improve effectiveness.

Required Profile

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in traffic acquisition, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on exposure to analytics and campaign measurement.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar advertising platforms.
  • Comfort using Excel and reporting sheets, with the ability to manage large data sets and multiple priorities at once.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Experience managing sizeable budgets and multiple campaigns.
  • Exposure to starting or initiating projects from the early stages.

Additional Qualifications

  • Background in campaign management, lead generation, and performance marketing, including PPC and paid social.
  • Understanding of social media management and content marketing, including calendar planning, simple copywriting, and visual collaboration for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and web analytics, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, and basic automation or CRM systems.
  • Strong reporting and analysis capability, with the ability to turn data into practical campaign improvements.
  • Good written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration with design, content, and development teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage several campaigns and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or AI-oriented company, and familiarity with B2B marketing or IT services marketing, is preferred.
