Role overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing of several events across different industry portfolios. This position reports to the Global Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers and focuses on digital promotion, audience communication, and campaign performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Develop email content to promote upcoming summits within assigned industry portfolios.
- Create and coordinate social media promotions for multiple events and assist with managing social channels across industries.
- Support the launch and management of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for summits.
- Maintain the master contact list and database for the relevant industries and events.
- Monitor email replies and route qualified leads to Sales team members.
- Track, review, and report on the results of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide broader support for other marketing activities when needed.
Work schedule and location
The role is based at 555 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario. Standard working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a one-hour lunch break taken between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The first six weeks are fully in office. After that, employees in good standing may work from home for up to 7 days each month, based on performance.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel to the USA up to 5 times per year.

Additional qualifications and strengths
- A university degree, preferably with a focus in marketing, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are important.
- Good research and reading comprehension skills are needed.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects in a high-paced environment is essential.
- Experience creating persuasive B2B social and email content is valuable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution approaches is expected.
- Graphic design awareness or a strong visual eye is considered an advantage.
- Technical writing ability is helpful for this position.
- Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and/or ZoomInfo is an added benefit.
Compensation and benefits
