Job description
About the Role
This is a permanent opening for a Digital Graphic Designer based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. The position is centered on digital design work that combines strong usability, thoughtful brand expression, and practical execution across client projects.
What the Company Does
The team focuses on creating engaging experiences through well-crafted design, intuitive user journeys, and distinct brand identities.
Project Environment
The company works with international clients across sports, medical technology, and capital goods. It partners with clients for the long term, developing solutions rooted in brand DNA and real user needs. Because projects often run over extended periods and several assignments may happen at the same time, the workday can bring a steady mix of new and varied tasks.
How the Team Works
You would join a collaborative group of experienced designers who value open idea-sharing and continuous improvement. The team emphasizes strong expertise, practical guidance, and long-term growth, making this a suitable setting for someone who wants a steep learning curve and close cooperation with senior colleagues.
Your Role
- Act as the link between product, brand, and user while guiding projects from early strategy through concept development and final delivery, staying in close coordination with designers, developers, and clients.
- Contribute as a concept-driven designer who enjoys teamwork and is enthusiastic about digital interfaces.
- Build user-friendly information structures and experiences by researching the industry, creating wireframes, and producing interactive prototypes.
- Translate ideas into visual concepts using mood boards, sketches, and prototypes, while keeping each brand’s identity consistently in view.
- Work confidently with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and use Figma effectively.
- Use brand design experience as an added advantage, including the development of complete visual identities such as logos, color systems, and broader visual language.
- Motion design and 3D visualization are highly valued, especially if you can use KeyShot to turn ideas into realistic, presentation-ready visuals.
Application Note
Interested candidates are asked to share a resume or CV, work samples up to 10 MB, portfolio website or other portfolio links, and a cover letter addressed to the contact person mentioned in the source.
