Role overview
Innovative Artists is a full-service talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York City, representing leading talent across film, television, digital media, and branding. The agency is hiring a digitally savvy and highly organized Digital Agent to join its creators-focused digital team.
This role is designed for someone who understands creator culture and has hands-on experience in the beauty, lifestyle, culinary, and gaming spaces. The position combines client relationship management, campaign coordination, and digital strategy. You will work closely with creators, influencers, and other digital talent to manage partnerships, scheduling, performance tracking, and communication with brands and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support digital-first talent such as influencers, creators, podcasters, and streamers across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Oversee brand collaborations and digital campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payment-related coordination.
- Observe social activity, platform trends, and audience insights to help shape growth and engagement recommendations.
- Prepare pitch materials, campaign summaries, and talent one-sheets for prospective business opportunities.
- Review campaign outcomes and build reports using data from social and analytics tools.
- Serve as the communication link between talent, brands, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Keep talent lists, calendars, and CRM records current and well organized.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media or talent representation.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current content trends.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional communication style with strong verbal and written skills, plus high emotional intelligence.
- Working familiarity with sponsorship processes, media kits, and creator-focused tools.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Canva, and social analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Additional details
This is an on-site position and is not remote. The successful candidate will report directly to the Digital department manager and should be comfortable working closely with other team members in a fast-paced creative environment.
