About the Role
A busy endocrinology and diabetology practice in Freiburg is seeking to expand its team by hiring a qualified Diabetes Assistant (DDG) (m/f/d) for a full-time, onsite position. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment with opportunities for independent work and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive care and support to individuals diagnosed with diabetes mellitus.
- Managing and coordinating educational programs for patients, including all necessary documentation.
- Assisting with fundamental medical tasks within the practice.
- Handling organizational duties and maintaining accurate records in the daily workflow of the practice.
Requirements
- Possession of a completed qualification as a Diabetes Assistant (DDG).
- A patient-centered approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in computer skills is beneficial.
- Experience with Disease Management Programs (DMP) is considered an advantage.
